Zharko

Sponsadobe

This is Zharko now approximately 11 years old. Originally came from India where he was free to roam protecting his territory.

When he arrived in England his owners decided there was not enough space for him. He has had 3 homes since being relinquished to rescue but unfortunately where he settled the most his last owner passed away.

As He got older unfortunately his temperament changed and became less tolerant of people he was not familiar with.

Zharko likes a routine and likes to take charge. He has never been one to accept discipline.

He appears happier with his kennel routine where he is free please himself.

Support the life of a Dobe in need

Some Dobermanns come to us having been poorly treated, or have other problems which makes rehoming difficult.

Our staff and volunteers provide these boys and girls with familiar faces and sanctuary, helping the Dobes recover from their past.

Some dogs can become distressed when confronted with unfamiliar visitors, so it’s not always possible to meet your SponsaDobe, but we always try to accommodate visitors where possible.
